IPW 2015 in Orlando will be a wonderful demonstration of the partnership underway to use parks and the Great Outdoors to sustain our economic recovery. In just three days of intensive business appointments, more than 1,000 U.S. travel organizations from every region of the USA and more than 1,300 international and domestic buyers from more than 70 countries will conduct business negotiations that result in the generation of nearly $5 billion in future Visit USA travel.
One of the features of IPW 2015 will be a greatly expanded Federal Row, facilitated by NPPC. All of the major federal public land and water managing agencies will be there, along with federal offices key to accommodating international visitors. Also on Federal Row will be key businesses operating on public lands and our booth, which will include a Federal Row Information Center.
NPPC will help gateway communities and organizations that support active outdoor activities on federal lands and waters be a part of IPW for the first time, with smaller and more specialized organizations to gain floor access and have a base of operations that is scaled to their economic realities. And these new IPW participants will also be introduced to partners who can help them reach international markets effectively.
